just to meet your ordinary everyday medical needs. With these outreach clinics, it’s a lot less time in the car for folks. That can make a world of difference, both for older folks and families. Then you throw in the awful weather we’ve been having, who wants to drive any farther than you absolutely have to. Much easier and safer for a rural family to drive 5-10 miles to Garretson or an older person to drive a few blocks rather than spend 30 minutes or more in the car.”

“I see patients of all ages for all ailments, from kids to senior citizens. Not long ago, I treated a child patient who had swallowed a nail which thankfully passed without damage. That was certainly something I’d never seen before. For me, that’s what’s most rewarding. When you know someone feels better after coming to see you, that you helped take that person’s pain and suffering away, and that you solved their problem so they could go back to enjoying their lives, work and families.”
