Date:

The Garretson Community Swimming Pool Auction was a success again this year! The pool board would like to thank the community for continuing to support our efforts in raising funds to improve the community pool for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you to the ladies for making homemade pies, Terry and Chad Stoterau for donating a hog, Ron and Lorie Luke from GFC, Rene Vandersnick, Barb Risty and Julie Gnadt for helping with the auction, Jesse James Country Store, Julie Mueller, the Zell family and of course Bob Julson and Jared Sutton for donating their time to auctioneer this year.

Fundraising efforts will be utilized to build a new storage shed next season, as well as updating and maintaining the pool.

This year the pool will be closing Friday, August 13th at 4:00. Thank you to all of our patrons for another successful season and to our life guards for all of their hard work this summer. We look forward to seeing everyone next summer.
