Potter puts herself in the action as legislative page

There are many career exploration opportunities for Garretson High School students. One of these is being a South Dakotan Political Page. Eliza Potter took advantage of this chance applying for a position. She ventured to the South Dakota State Capitol building in Pierre over two weeks. Pages can be placed in the House or the Senate side of the legislature. Potter was placed in the Senate.
