The celebrations during the latest 4th of July holiday were epic, with a grand show put on by the Garretson Henry G Fix Post #23 American Legion. Construction has (finally) re-started on Main Avenue this week, with the area between 3rd and 4th Streets being torn up. Water and sewer lines will be replaced prior to the placement of a new street and sidewalk; the estimated finish date for this stage of the project is 6-8 weeks. There's much more contained in this issue, so make sure you get yours today!
