A long-standing building on 3rd Street had the process of demolition started on it this past Monday, the City Council had a first reading of a temporary medical cannabis ordinance and looked at the possibility of implementing a noise ordinance, and we've got plenty of photos and news from this past weekend's Jesse James Days celebration! Plus, while a fire ban is not yet in place, emergency management officials are warning people of the dry conditions as fourth of July celebrations are being planned.
