The Palisades Township gathered last week to discuss ways to keep 485th Avenue paved and to continue encouraging the State to keep the Palisades State Park road open when the new entrance is finished; the Garretson School Board appointed two new members and honored two now-former members; and Jesse James Days is this upcoming weekend. We give a preview to all the events scheduled. Plus, baseball is going strong and the county commission passed an ordinance suspending marijuana sales permits for the time being.
