The Garretson School students are standouts! The Regional Science Fair was held at South Dakota State University and the GMS students did well; Zeb Johnson of Garretson High School placed 9th in the nation for weightlifting; the GHS Quiz Bowl won at the Big East Conference; and three GES wrestlers placed at State wrestling. The City Council awarded Harsma Construction the bid for the very large water/sewer/streets project happening this summer. Two Open Houses for this project will be held tonight, Thursday March 29, and Tuesday, April 3 from 5:30-7:30 pm at the American Legion building.
