News for 10-7-21

Date:

10-7-21 front

This last weekend saw a Pumpkin Fest and a fundraiser for Midwest Honor Flight that raised over $10,000, thanks to the generous supporters of our community. A new business will be opening next week, and another will be coming soon, plus the GHS Lady Dragons continue their winning streak in volleyball. We've got this issue packed!

This week, we have a surprise for you! It is National Newspaper Week October 3-9, and to celebrate, the Gazette is making this week's on-line edition available for all to see. We wouldn't be the great information source that we are without the support of this community, whether through story ideas and submissions, subscriptions, or your support of our advertising businesses. Spread the word, and if your friends haven't subscribed yet, encourage them to give us a try!

There's a lot going on in our community. Keep up with all of it with the Community Events Calendar on page 4 in the on-line or paper version. With your on-line subscription, you can download it here and have it easy to hand!

On-line Subscribers Get More!

On-line subscribers get access to a Subscribers' Welcome Area, and are able to view extra photos, articles, and an issue of this week's paper in both a Flipbook and PDF format.
