New Feature: Artist of the Week

Artist of the Week

The Gazette was happy to say yes to an idea that came from GHS art teacher Lynsay Granberg last week when she asked our editorial staff if we would like to feature art from Garretson Middle School and High School students in the pages of our newspaper. We were more than happy to oblige. Our first two artists of the week are Cortney Rogich, 9th grade, with this pool table sketch. The Soda can still life below is the work of 8th grade student Lucie Frewaldt. We look forward to featuring more of these works as they are available and selected.
