Garretson Mayor Greg Beaner took this photograph of two of our National Birds roosting in a winter wonderland on the edge of town last weekend. The Bald Eagle is off the Endangered species list after years on the brink of extinction. It’s a good reminder in these dark times that hope springs eternal and that America can still take flight despite adversity from within!
