Letter to the Editor: Legion Celebrates its 100th Anniversary

Date:

Greetings Garretson Readers. As you already know, we will be having quite the celebration Saturday July 6th (See Schedule of Events for Details). One item we want to bring to your attention are two books that will be available for sale at the Dugout Saturday afternoon. Owen Wiese has put together a comprehensive summary of our past 100 years.

Also Post 23 wanted to publish a book that continued all of the previously ‘Featured Legionnaires’ that have been featured in our weekly paper since 2014. If you know any of the below individuals please help spread the word to them or their families as they might like to purchase both of these books.

-Respectfully, Marty Luebke Post 23 Member
