On Thursday, Sept. 26, Local Banker Diane Hintz was honored by the President/CO of First Bank and Trust, Kevin Tetzlaff.
“I’m proud to present the September 2024 FBT Circle of Excellence award to Diane Hintz!” he said. “It should be no surprise to anybody who works with her, but to qualify for this award you need to demonstrate traits of honesty, sincerity, empathy and appreciation. From the read of your nomination letter, these are things Diane demonstrates every day she comes to work, in the training of new employees and are just aspects of who she is, but at the same time, I and the Board of Directors wants you to know how much you are appreciated and recognize you for your outstanding work. We give these excellence awards to only one person every month of the year, and host an annual banquet with the honorees.
