After a week long hiatus, Garretson 14U baseball took to the home field on Wednesday, June 22, Thursday, June 23, and Monday, June 27. While they took home the win against Hamlin in both games and against Tri Valley Maroon in one game, they faced a loss against Flandreau.
I-29 League Garretson 14U Nabs Win Over Hamlin 14 U Despite Early 3-Run Inning
Even though I-29 League Garretson 14U gave up three runs in the second inning, they still defeated Hamlin 14 U 13-3 on Wednesday, June 22.
Hamlin 14 U's big inning was driven by a single by T Olson and a groundout by W Grantham.
I-29 League Garretson 14U got things moving in the first inning, when Cole Jessen grounded out, scoring one run.

I-29 League Garretson 14U ran off with the lead late in the game in a 22-12 victory over Tri Valley Maroon 14U on Monday, June 27. The game was tied at 11 with I-29 League Garretson 14U batting in the bottom of the fifth when Isaac Stoterau singled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.
Stoterau collected four hits in five at bats to help lead I-29 League Garretson 14U to victory. Stoterau singled in the third, singled in the fourth, singled in the fifth, and singled in the sixth.
