This weekend, all are invited to an Open House at the Old Erickson house on the corner of Canyon/2nd at 501 Canyon Ave. Come see the transformation of this 1880’s home refurbished for the market.

The owners have graciously offered the Garretson Art Trail the opportunity to use this open house as a fundraiser.

This house has been beautifully restored by B&B Rentals and Leo Alvarez and staged by a professional designer for the showing. The house will go on market next week.

Now in its second year, the Garretson Art Trail has been a successful way to showcase the many local artists in and around Garretson, creating a "scavenger hunt" for viewers to explore Garretson. This year's Art Trail is slated to open June 1, with brochures available around town.

The Open House will be Friday May 17th 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 19th 4:00-6:00 p.m. Suggested donation is $5 per person.
