Fourth Street Update

            First Rate Excavate has removed the asphalt and concrete surfacing along Fourth Street between Main Avenue and Eastern Avenue. They also began removing trees and shrubs on this stretch of roadway as well as those along Canyon and Eastern Avenue.

            Next, First Rate will begin placing residents on temporary water. Once switched over to temporary water, First Rate will begin installing sanitary sewer along Fourth Street.

            Sayre Associates is providing construction administration and on-site observation for the project. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project, please contact Cole Gebhart at (605) 321-3868 or .
