Fourth Street Update

            First Rate Excavate has removed the asphalt and concrete surfacing along Fourth Street between Main Avenue and Eastern Avenue. They also began removing trees and shrubs on this stretch of roadway as well as those along Canyon and Eastern Avenue.

            Next, First Rate will begin placing residents on temporary water. Once switched over to temporary water, First Rate will begin installing sanitary sewer along Fourth Street.

            Construction bulletins will detail the progress of the project as it is constructed and will be distributed every two weeks on Tuesday.
