Despite clever tactics, the Dragons could not stop the Elk Stampede

            Garretson football is having a rough go of it, and it doesn’t help that this past Friday at home they played one of the top teams in the state.

            “The highly ranked, #3 in the state, Elkton/Lake Benton came to town on Friday night and they came to play hard,” said head coach Jerry Weiland. “We had a strong start, with an interception early, getting control of the ball shortly after kickoff.”
