Dells Council, county commissioners meet to discuss CUP appeal, new zoning ordinances

SIOUX FALLS – For the first time in several years, the Dell Rapids City Council met in a joint session with the Minnehaha County Commission.

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, the two governing bodies looked at a conditional use permit appeal and three zoning ordinance changes for their joint jurisdiction area.
