3rd Street from Center to Rose to be re-milled and re-surfaced this week

Date:

From Sayre Associates:

The asphalt surfacing placed on 3rd Street in 2018 exhibits poor ride quality.

As a result, the contractor will be full width milling 1 ½” depth on 3rd Street from the west side of Center Ave to the east side of Rose Ave. This corrective action will begin on the morning of Wednesday, August 21st, 2019. The next day, Thursday, August 22nd , the contractor will be placing a new 1 ½” lift of asphalt surfacing.

Starting Wednesday morning at 8am and extending to Friday morning, all vehicles will need to be off the street.

Thank you for your continued patience with this ongoing project. Sayre Associates, Inc. is providing the construction administration and on-site observation for the project. If you have questions regarding this project, please contact me at (605) 321-3868 or .
